1. This tender is invited for the period up to date as per tender notice or extension by the consent

of both parties which ever is earlier.

tender price should be inclusive of all govt. taxes & duties etc., and for evaluation and finalization

purpose, the total price will be taken in to consideration.

10. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.

11. Validity of tender should be minimum of 120 days from the date of opening of price bid.

13. Tender must produce all documents as per terms & conditions mentioned date & time in tender

at Nagarpalika SUTRAPADA.

14. Prices quoted by the bidder shall be firm and fix for the entire period of Contract without any
