Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375x250x7mm/450x300x7 mm thick as in dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 10cm long, and dia 16-20mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size 605x605 mm, using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. Note : Earth test result should not less than one ohm.

Supply and fixing electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KWH capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all connected accessories such as safety valve, thermostats, heating element, NRV, connection piece, stop valves, water connection from tank to geyser, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15 mm dia stop valve of cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch, fancy type, chromium plated, with long shank and cup(concealed), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosures Single pole and neutral (SPN), with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed.
