Manning, operation and maintenance of external water supply system at ICGS & ICGAS for two shift with one FGM (Fitter General Mechanic ) for each shift of 8 hours daily as under including sunday/holiday (a) First shift - from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (b) Second shift - from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. The list of equipments to be maintained by FGM at the site :- (i) Cetrifugal pump set of capacity 10 HP - 02 Nos (iii) DG set of capacity 82.5 KVA - 01 Nos. (iv) water in the Under Ground Sump of capacity 20000 Lts - 01 Nos (v) Ionization system (water Purifier) - 01 Nos (vi) LT panel for pump - 01 Nos (vii) Monoblock pump set of capacity 3 HP - 01 Nos (viii)Lt panel and AMF Panel for DG set - 01 Nos Note :- (i) Maintaining and cleaning of whole intallation and surrounding area's upto six metre. (ii) Contractor shall maintain daily log sheet of centrifugal pump 02 Nos and DG set -01 Nos (iii) Absent recovery shall be Rs 125.00 per person per hour (iv) Spare parts will be issued by department (v) DHPP 'N' for DG set will be issued by department under sch.'B'

Manning, operation and periodical maintenance of External and Internal Electric supply system at ICGS and ICGAS for two shift with one Electrician and one helper for each shift of 8 hours daily as under including sunday/holiday (a) First shift - from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (b) Second shift - from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. The list of equipments to be maintained by the Electrician at the site :- (ii) Transformer 250 KVA-01 Nos (iii) LT Panel - 03 Nos (iv)APFC Panel - 01 Nos (v) 11 KV HT outdoor type gang operated tripal pole air break switch (vi) HT/LT UG Cable 5 Km (vii) Light point ICGS-900 Nos ICGAS 150 Nos (viii) LT panel indoor type - 01 Nos Notes:- (i) Absent recovery shall be 125.00 per person per hour (ii) Electrician shall attend urgent complaints of internal and external electrification if any. (iii) Maintaining and cleaning of whole installation and surrounding areas upto six metre. (iv) Spare parts will be issued by department
