M&L Spray painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in side and out side of Almirah Med steel. Painting work shall be done after removing old paint from the article and smoothening the surface including denting work (dents) where necessary complete all as directed.

M&L for welding to broken steel frame of chair verandah by welding machine complete all as directed.

Removing and scratching of old paint and repainting the chair completely with spray painting one coats of paint white synthetic enamel over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

Repair of Table 3’x2’ with drawer and Table 3' x 2' without drawer (steel frame) by replacing of the following unserviceable FD-1008 /FD-1077

Taking out of old unserviceable damaged/decayed top from its position and S&F new top as per existing shape and size made out of 18/19mm thick pre laminated MDF board exterior grade including 4mm thick teak wood beading all round complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Taking out old damages/decayed rails (Front/back/left/right) from its position and S&F rails as per existing shape and size made out of 25mm square MS conduit of 1.60mm in thickness including welding works to fix the rails in the frame complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Taking out old damages/decayed legs from its position and S&F new legs as per existing shape and size made out of 25mm square MS conduit of 1.60mm in thickness including welding works to fix the legs to the frame complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Replacement of hard rubber shoes of legs of the table all as specified.

M&L spray painting with one coat of black/white/Gray/OG enamel paint best quality to all exposed steel surface of table 3’x2’ with drawer complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Bed Hard steel with ply wood top and Charpoy IP hard Top : S&F of following parts of bed ply top including dismantling of old unserviceable parts without disturbing the other parts made to shape and size as shown on drg. Complete all as specified and directed. FD/E6/MAP/08 and FD/MAP-II/11

Head Board : Removing old unserviceable head rest and S&F new head rest of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board Exterior Grade complete all as specified and shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Foot board : Removing old unserviceable foot rest and S&F new foot rest of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board Exterior complete all as specified and shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Long Rail : Removing old unserviceable long rail and S&F new long rail made out of MS pipe 18 gauge of size 65x25mmx1980mm complete all as specified and shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stiffner : Removing old unserviceable stiffener and S&F new stiffener made out of MS pipe 18 gauge of size 25x25mm and length as required and as specified and shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Top : Removing old unserviceable plywood top from bed hard and S&F new plywood top 12mm thick of BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS 303 in one piece of size as shown in drg and fixed with 08 Nos. nut & bolts to bed hard all as specified and shown in Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Paint : M&L for spray painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG/Black to all steel surface after preparation of old painted surface by applying sand paper and filling with putty wherever required to bed hard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy folding IP with Hard Top : S&F of following parts of bed ply top including dismantling of old unserviceable parts without disturbing the other parts made to shape and size as shown on Drg. Complete all as specified and directed by GE. FD-388 (R)

Removing old unserviceable plytop and S&F new plytop 12mm thick of BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 in two pieces of size as shown in Drg and fixed with 10 nos. nut and bolts to charpoy folding IP with hard top all as specified and shown in Drg.

M&L for spray painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG/Black to all steel surface after preparation of old painted surface by applying sand paper and filling with putty wherever required to charpoy folding IP hard top all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to SHOE RACK STEEL (MAP DRG)by replacing old unserviceable parts :- FD/E6/MAP/02( R )

Welding to frame of shoe rack with welding machine after scratching and cleaning the steel surfaces all as directed.

S&F Rubber shoes PVC superior quality to legs of shoe rack all as specified and shown on Drg and directed.

M&L spray painting with one coat of black enamel paint best quality to all exposed steel surface of shoe rack complete all as specified and shown on Drg and directed.

Taking out old damaged/decayed frame from its position and S&F new frame as per existing shape and size made out of 19 mm dia MS pipe of 18 gauge including welding work to fix the frame complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Taking out old damaged/decayed legs from its position and S&F new legs as per existing shape and size made out 20mm dia M.S pipe including welding work to fix the frame complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Taking out old damaged/decayed 3 mm dia M.S rod (9 NOS equidistant & 3 NOS equidistant ) from its position and S&F new 3 mm dia M.S rod (9 NOS equidistant & 3 NOS equidistant ) as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

Removing existing Hand board from existing chair school with hand board and S&F Hand board of size 585 mm x 300 mm made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board, exterior grade duly covered along with providing 4 mm thick teakwood beading all around all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Repair to chair CB steel with arms and Chair CB Steel without arms by replacing the following unserviceable parts : Size 535W x 560D x 900H FD-75(M) Sh 1/1

Taking out old damaged/decayed seat of chair CB steel with Arms and S&F new seats of second class hardwood duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane of half round in true Godrej pattern all as specified and shown on Drg.

Taking out old damaged/decayed back of chair CB steel with Arms and S&F new back of taking out old damage / decayed flat iron and S&F duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane of half round in true Godrej pattern all as specified and shown on Drg.

S&F flat iron 25mm x 5mm and 50cm to steel frame below seat to support of wooden seat duly welded to steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old damages/decayed Arms rest and S&F New Arms rest complete as per Drg.

Taking out old unserviceable top cap from its position and S&F new top cap best quality in the same position complete and all as specified.

M&L for spray painting to steel frame of chair CB steel with arms and without arms with one coat of synthetic enemal paint best quality after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Chair Computer by replacing of the following unserviceable parts FD/E6/MAP/01

Removing old unserviceable Arms rest and S&F of new Arms rest and fixed to chair computer all as specified in Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old u/s seat from the existing computer chair and S&F new seat of computer chair all as per Drg seat shall be fixed over 12mm thick mot pressed plywood commercial and shall be upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 75mm thick PVC lipping alround; Rate of cloth shall not less than Rs. 350 RM. Rest all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old u/s back from the existing computer chair and S&F new back of computer chair all as per drg. Seat shall be fixed over 12mm thick mot pressed plywood commercial and shall be upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 75mm thick with PVC lipping alround; Rate of cloth shall not less than Rs. 350 RM. Rest all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old u/s castor wheels of computer chair and S&F new castor wheel ISI marked of computer chair all as per specified and shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old u/s pedestal assembly of computer chair and S&F new pedestal assembly ISI marked of computer chair all as per specified and shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable table top & Supply and fix new table top, 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board, one side decorative lamination and other side balancing white lamination, exterior grade with 4 mm thick Teak wood beading duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable drawers & Supply and fix new drawers made out of MS sheet of 20 gauge as per existing pattern and size complete all as specified and as directed.
