Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grade width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification Clause 302,1603.1,1603.2, and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites, which shall be managed by the contractor / firm at their own, through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any Loss to the public/private property during the execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. The rate includes octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government . .A recovery of useful stones for 239.25 Cubic metre @ Rs. 170/- (Rupees One hundred seventy) per cubic metre shall be done on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.

Earth work in excavation for Structures in all kind of soil such as pick jumper and blastiingwork as per drawiing and technical specificatios clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to all leads dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying concrete for plain / reinforced concrete (1:4 :8 ) (One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate . 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203. plain cement concrete including form work and curring complete. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications 2014 Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C ( Plain cement concrete) grade M 10 ( Ten) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size with minimum cement contents should not be less than 250 kg (Two hundred fifty) koligram per cubic meter including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and including shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate) and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, as per drawing & HP, PWD, technical specifications , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng and laying reinforced cement concrete hume pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One Cement: two Sand) but excluding cost of excavation, protection work, back filling ,concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapet as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 1108. 900mm dia ( Nine hundred millimetre) dia including entire carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 of MORD Specification 1200 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber ( earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately ) depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HPPWD specification including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Consolidation of sub- grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-garde completed as per HPPWD specification including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of broken crushed of specific sizes 90 mm to 45mm(Ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre ) by machanical means Grading-I 100mm (One hundred millimetre) consolidated thick water bound macadam specifiction including spreading in uniform thickness using template , hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , graded crushed stone screening type -A of size , 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.27 cubic metre (Zero point twenty Seven cubic metre ) per 10 square metre (Ten square metre ) 0.08 cum.(Zero point zero eight cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density of grading -1 as per MORD Technical Specifications 2014 Clause 405 ,including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals..The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
