Construction of WEIR Adjacent to H.L.Bridge over Oliar Jore 2.00 Km. on Dhanapali to Kuleikela in the district of Nuapada for the year 2024-25

Earthwork in excavation for bridge works in all kinds of soil, by mechanical means utilising the surplus earth locally for road work where ever required, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 301 & 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade F-415 including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all liifts and leads, transporting to the site by mechanical means within a lead of 05kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (04th Revision)

Grouting apron 15cm thick with cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm c.b.h.g. metal.
