ALUMINIUM Work

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

CARPENTRY WORKS

Providing and fixing panelling or Providing and fixing panelled or Making Door Shutters, Shelf, Racks, Tables, etc (Area of opening for panel excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured): Ply wood , 18 mm thick Decorative plywood both side decorative veneer (Type - I) conforming to IS 1328 BWR type.

PAINTING WORKS

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparingthe surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

CURTAIN AND BLINDS

Providing and fixing, Horizondal Roller blinds of fabric section with Horizondal pattern, horizondal open style, Water resistant, Foldable including all frames, hinges, etc all. Complete lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

WALL PANELING

Supply and installation of acoustic wall panelling & Sound proofing made in 16mm marine plywood filled with 500 GSM 50mm thick <br>synthetic wool and covered with acoustic pet panels -Frame thickness 2",Plywood grade 710 .Pet panels -Health and fire grade (8mm) Noise reduction coefficient ratio 0.9(Includes material,labour,heatex,transportation etc)

Providing and fixing 40mm thick cladding comprising of Wooden framework using 25x50mm sections at a maximum spacing of 600mm in any one direction (including adding members as required) covered with 12mm thick BWP ply layered with 4mm thk. veneer on one side pasted and pressed with adhesive to give a uniform and smooth finish. including 4mm thk. S.S. strip framework on all sides of veneer panels with wooden member surround, top moldings / margins, excluding primer and polish etc. to finish the thickness, as shown complete in drawing. All members / ply etc. shall be treated with anti- termite solution as per norms. No extra shall be paid for making of openings, door / window frames and for making provisions for electric conduits.
