Construction of Health Sub Centre building at Bari Batrahan in Tehsil Fatehpur, Distt. Kangra (H.P.)

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work . jumper blasting work , soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil conditions upto any depth and lift including chiseling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting dewatering and pumping or bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material clear from the edges of excavation with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm ( fifteen centimeters ) layers when required into plinths and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer -in -Charge including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, sale tax, malkhana, G.S.T. and all other of taxes as imposed by the Government.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, sale tax, GST and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and filling brick bats/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimeter) nominal size in soakage pit as per HPPWD specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, sale tax, GST and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters)thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Royality charges, Malkhana, Octroi, sale tax, GST and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.
