Surface excavation in soft soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, not exc. 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class B Brick straight or curved on plan n exc 6m radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class B Brick straight or curved on plan in half brick thick wall n exc 6m radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/Lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489 :2004 Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt reistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Deport tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of whitewashing on undecorated wall surface with a subsequent coat of color wash including preparation of new unplastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 of in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste formwork to the sides of wall to obtain fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work in gates, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel of grade FE-410-W (GdeE- 250) quality 'A' in framed work as in gate of angles with braces etc for fixing of steel sheeting (exclusive of sheeting) to be prepared for steel hanging door fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel plain, black sheet thickness 3mm in steel gate fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap jointed welding including bending or turning up, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces incl prepration of new surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes n exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil, getting out and removing surplus soil not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel rolled sections of grade Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) quality A as in main and cross beams, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
