A.Personnel Cost Supervisor: Personnel to keep record of the daily plant activities and to carry out the required operational activities mentioned in the O&M Protocol. Technical Assistant Gr.III (Diploma in Engg. Failed / ITI (Civil) passed.TN PWD SOR 2021-2022 Basic rates of Labourers (76C-Pg.10) including 13.61% and Insurance 1.37%.

Skilled Labour: Personnel to carry out the required operational activities mentioned in the O&M Protocol as instructed by the Supervisor. Mazdoor Category-I TN PWD SOR 2021-2022 Basic rates of Labourers (39A-Pg.12) including 13.61% and Insurance 1.37%.

Unskilled Labour: Personnel to carry out activities which require more labour than the regular labour. Mazdoor Category-II TN PWD SOR 2020-2021 Basic rates of Labourers (39B- Pg.13) including 13.61% and Insurance 1.37%.

B.Operational cost Pumps (Maintenance- spares and replacement): Solar-20% per year Maintenance cost

Pumps (Maintenance: spares and replacement)-Electric pumps- 20% per year Maintenance cost

Operation and Maintenance cost for Diesel Generator; (2.5 litres required for one hour operation)-240 litres Assuming 1 day of 8 hour power cut per month. Considering a fuel rate of Rs 70/L, Rs 175 will be spent for one hour of operation.

Operation and Maintenance cost Mechanized Tiller trailer: Considering 2 hours operation per day (2 litres required for one hour operation) Additional 10 rupees provided over existing diesel price to accommodate lubricant costs.

Electricity charges: 3- 75 watts fan, 4 Tube lights - 60 watts, 5 pumps-1HP & 2 HP (TN electricity board, rates for ULBs)

Safety equipments: All material safety gears for driver and operator such that includes (Facemask, helmet, pair of safety gloves, pair or gumboots and other special equipment’s for operator

Testing of treated water: Sampling and testing of inlet, outlet and sludge samples at periodic intervals in a NABL accredited laboratory (3 samples on quarterly basis)

Water charges: Supply of potable water from municipal sources or any other approved source to the treatment plant. Cost shall include the cost of water and transportation- every month (TWAD Board rate for ULBs)

Stationary and General item:Purchase of necessary stationary/general items for the treatment plant office (every month)
