Supply and laying in replacement of high voltage insulation mat (blue in colour) made of elastomeric polymers material having a high insulation resistance, thus imparting total safety of human being from any leakage current, having high insulation resistance of class B of size 2.5 mm thick and 1.0 m width LT grade confirming to IS-15652 : 2006, including pasting of mat with SR-998 by adding thinner as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing alum mixing gear mechanism & motor from base, overhauling, greasing, servicing complete and fitting back after repairing of PCC (1:3:6) Base of size 0.60mx0.40mx0.10m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of main gear box assembly mounted on sedimention tank and cleaning, overhauling, greasing and replacement of gear oil approx 10 ltr, lathe work on Gear drum/pininon and shaft wheel gear with proper alignment and refixing in same position including testing after installation complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of sluice valve spindle clear stainless steel assembly complete with opening of nut & bolt with long handle with lathe work and replacement of gland/packing to repair leakage from valve of size 300/150mm including replacement of spindle assembly complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of panels, pipe lines, railing and chequred plate etc and protect meters, switches, duct cover from painting and paint with spray gun with one coat of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface with the help of paint remover, scrapper & fine ambery paper and painting with two coats of heat resistance paint with the help of spray gun on 150/120/100 HP Centrifugal pump set including motor, and writing SM No/ Maching No and connect back all Electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting of motor 150 HP all electrical connections, removing the motor from the base and opening up the motor carefully and cleaning, servicing, greasing including varnishing complete, and replacement of worn out parts and reassembling, mounting the same, including testing on full load up to entire satisfaction complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The cost of motor winding shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Other Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item. (iii) Unserviceable items retrived form replacement shall be abstracted under sch of credit.

M & L for replacement of earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x6mm size with nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 40mm bore of GI light grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 including dismantling of old earthing complete all as specified and dirtected by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Cost of transpotation of motor shall be deemed to inclusive in quoted unit rate, if required.
