Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole,laying of cables etc in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class B bricks laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for HT cable and laid dry in trenches over underground cables all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminiuml conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI earth strip of 25 mmx4mm thick up to 7.5 m lengh by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel all as shown the electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I connected to earth test point electrode , PCC pit with RCC cover funnel with mesh ,watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade etc and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:-The unit rate shall include for the unit rate shall incl for earth work in hard/ dense soil , PCC (1:3:6 ) type C1 chamber ,RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mmdia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both both ways funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete all as specified. Note. 2. Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required.

Supply and lay cable XLPE /PVC Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound step down transformer outdoor type complete with standard fitting ,HT 11 KV 3 Phase ,LT 433 Volt 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping on primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5 % with tapings at every 2.5 % rating of 500 KVA capacity (Energy efficent level- 3 as per IS-1180/2014/Part II) The transformer shall be complete with all standard fitting and accessories gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc, all as per IS 1180 PART -I (2014) all jointing materials connected with elect system earthing etc complete incl platform as per manufacturer design all as specified and directed comprising following accessories : (a) One cable box HV side consisting of 3 nos porcelain terminal points incl nuts and washer with two nos cable gland suitable for up to 3 core 120 sqmm HT UG cable (b ) Suitable cable box LV side for mounting two LV cable consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods , complete with nuts and washer with two nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimettalic lugs . (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover incl thermometer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two nos to tank to faciliate fixing to earth strip. (i) Oil level gauge. (j) Lifting lugs (k) Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete. (l) Air relief valve plug.

Construction of plateform consist of PCC work 1:2:4 as in foundation, brick work, well rammed earth work and RCC work M-15 15cm including for frame of 10 mm TMT bar, 12.5 mm both sides as base for transformer installed, size 3.0 mtr x 2.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr with steps and XPM all around supported with angle iron frame 65 mm x 65mm x 6mm upto height of 1 mtr complete with wicket gate with locking arrangement and steps all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of LT Main panel box company fabricated CPRI Approved, outdoor type made out of MS CRCA sheet 3.0mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm floor mounted support suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ, 500V system weather and vermin proof double door incl front and back opening , all internal connections incoming to outgoing with BUS BAR , chromium plated brass cable glands painting with one coat of red oxide primer and powder coated paint of approved colour and make complete with structure, insulators, nuts and bolts, washers etc incl PCC for fixing and consisting of the following :- (a) ACB, 4 Pole, 800 Amps, 415 volts ( for incoming) 50 KA- 1No. (b) Bus Bar with copper strip of capacity 1600 Amps for 3 phase and neutral system with CTs - 01 Set (c) Digital panel meter for Volt, Amp, KWH, PF, and other perameter flush mounting of size 96 x96 mm. Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete for fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, mild steel angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mess etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including errecting in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: supply only chain link fencing, MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire and MS flat iron shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

S&F, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line wire shall be measured for payment)

Supply only mild steel galvanised, chain link fencing of 50x50mm mesh size and 3mm dia wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat iron, round bars etc. in available length complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 10mm dia MS rods 3 Nos shall be provided horizontally by interwewaving in the chain link and welded with MS flat iron.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying DI flanged pipe, K-9, 150mm dia pipe inside cement motar lining and ISI marked confirming to latest IS 8329 - 2000 flanged pipe will be of welded - on type and flanges should be shrunk fitted on pipe and then welded by using compatible high nickel electrode using for welding ductile iron complete with suitable Gasket for 150 mm dia pipe

Transporting air compressor and other allied equipment/ material to and from the site of T/well, installation of machinery and dismantling there of.

Re-Development of existing tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water for 72 hours complete all as specified and directed .

Yield test for the existing bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

Lowering and commissioning the pumpset alongwith column pipe and connected accessories after re-developement of borewell.omplete.

S&F DI fitting (TEE/ Bend) suitable for flanged type DI 150 mm pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F Nut bolt alongwith washers suitable dimension for 150 mm flanged DI pipe as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix CI sluice valve ISI marked with flanged and drilled ends complete iron wheel head with shut and open direction class PN-1.6 including rubber insertion packing rings,jointing material ,nuts,bolts and washer etc testing after completion of size 150mm bore.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90x90x90 cm(internal dimension) including plastering intenally 15mm thick in cm l:4 and flush pointing to brick surfaces externally as the work proceeds complete with MS sheet cover 3.00mm thick hinged to angle iron frame(40mmx40mmx6mm) handle locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S & F cable route indicator for HT, 6mm thick CI plate of size 100mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150mm x 150mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.
