Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone agg as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone agg as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick WPC liquid grade in cement mortar 1: 4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar (1:4) type B0 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate including all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item 04032) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation surface complete all as specified.

M&L, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in fencing posts, columns, boundary pillars posts, struts etc, for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sqcm and not exceeding 250 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old RCC fencing post incl demolition of PCC at base and refixing strainght in its correct position to fasten the chainlink in proper alingment all as specified and directed. (necessary PCC for refixing of post will be paid and measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel post and struts as in fencing including embedding in concrete and securing, cutting tops to shape as directed, dirilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and all necessaru drilling, bolting or riveting est, and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 5 cm n.exc 10 cm long, dia metre of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing not exceeding 4 mm dia wire and sizes of mesh (50 mm x 50 mm ) / (75 mm x 75 mm) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape to secure chainlink complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work (Fe 290, Gde E 165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.
