Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from right of way with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to table No.-300-2.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

After stamping ,the curing shall be done as per manufactures specifications.After intial curing the imprinted joint shall be grouted using cement slurry mixed with coilor hardener as per the requirement.The surface shall be sealed by applying acrylic based sealer not less than 0.167 litre/sqm.on finished surface. The constuction joint shall be provided by groove cutting pf size 4mm x 20 mm in panel size 3m x 3 m or lesser as per the site conditions and filling the same with 10 mm baker rod and providing and laying (PU) Polyurethane based joint sealer of approved make as per manufacturer's specifications and finished by applying Polyurethane resin based top protective clear coat of minimum 80 micron applied with rollers on properly cured and dry clean surface . (Cost of concrete for flooring is not included in this item which shall pe paid separately).

Providing and Fixing of Saucer Drain of size 600x300X100 mm (along the sides) in PCC (1:11/2:3) complete and provide proper slopes to drain of rain water on the top of drain including all lead lifts etc complete for the finished item of work as per the directions of Enginner-in-charge. Note : (No separate measurements will be considered for the excavation) : M 40 grade.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
