PART-I (B/R Works) Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of post or strut (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded in natural ground and making good distributed ground incl. demolition of PCC and earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft / loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizon tal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required in stirrups, spacers & binders with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering levelling and consolidation as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured pre polished (rubber moulded) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with proper jointing, pointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe -290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round or square bars 10 mm dia as in tie rod , cut to length bend to shape as required for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia MS screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Payment of line wire, bolts and nuts to be paid separately under item No. 25 and 26 above.

Fixing only of chain link fencing incl. line wires any mesh and type to any of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in bed block, coping, cills, steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs and similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay and fix 25 mm bore galvanised iron water tube medium grade with all fitting and laid in trenches or floor or wall, complete all as specified and directed.
