Dismantling of Unseviceable street light fittings of any capacity from existing poles / buildings of any height/typeand re-fixing the same after repair/replacment of unserviceable parts and making the fitting functional by replacing minor parts such as nuts,bolts PVC connector complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement loop-in-loop out box of size 30x20x20cm made out from PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25mm x 2mm-4 Nos fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 6 Amps complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts,bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia of length upto 1.2 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint to clamps including dismantling of old brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable one twin core, circular PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor of following sizes served with inner sheathing of PVC tapes and overall PVC sheathed in service connection from pole to Main Switch complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new fly ash Bricks, old size laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc of following sizes complete all as specified & directed. (a) 40 mm bore.

(b) 50 mm bore.

Taking out old unserviceable Old LT cable any type and size from trenches or fixed on poles or through pipes/walls/laid under roads/paths/ drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty, conforming to IS - 7098 Part I - 1988 with aluminum conductor 1100 Volts of following sizes / grade laid in ducts or on walls, in trenches encased in GI pipe fixed to walls / laid under roads / drains / paths / culverts etc complete all as specified and directed. (a) 25 Sqmm 4 core

(b) 16 Sqmm 4 core

(c) 10 Sqmm 4 core

(d) 10 Sqmm 2 core

Dismantling of electrical connection including timer and old unserviceable lights of High Mast light from pole including all asseccories and repair of internal wiring/cable of high mast light and up down mechanism of light mounting system and replacemnt of unserviceable light and repair of Timer switches complete all as specified (Note: light fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-(a) The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b) Prooning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while prooning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees. )

Dismantling of LT PCC/Steel tubular pole of any size and discription incl coping, foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No. 26 here-in-before but PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT steel tubular pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making Black/Red/Yellow & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coat of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4mm dia with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 3 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected.
