Special Repair of R.I Office at Bangurigaon for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5cm thick Grading concrete from roof slab, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

4mm thick grading concrete in C.C. (1:2:4) with 12mm size C.B.H.G.Chips including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of materials, all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S Iron door & windows with grills of approved design including cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying ,fitting , fixing up windows (sliding type) made up aluminium section 151-154, 151-155 as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter framed with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including looking arrangement including all fitting with cost of materials all taxes labour T&P etc. Completed as per direction Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm. Size black hard hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using ordinary Portland cement (OPC), screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard broken granite chips per 1cum with watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm of approved quality in Foundation & Plinth including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm of approved quality in superstructure including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1 : 6 ) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with weather coat paint of approved shade with cost of paint including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint wood/ Iron work including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
