Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc., up to required width and depth including ramming of bottom and dressing of sides, clearing of vegetation and mulba and disposal of excavated material beyond municipal limits as will be directed by Engineer Incharge complete.

P/L, of stone soling 75 mm nominal size duly hand packed with ramming, dressing, watering and compacting complete.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to Floor V- level in 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size complete.

P/L, in position reinforced cement concrete M20 of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size Crushed for Raft complete.

P/L, in position reinforced cement concrete M20 of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size Crushed for Column, Beam, Ring Walls etc complete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening ,cutting ,bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo Mechanically treated bars) complete.

Centering and shuttering incld. strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters butteress, plinth, string courses, columns, beams etc complete.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) upto floor V level complete.

Stone tile (polished)/Bujj/Brick tile work for wall lining over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement with curing complete upto floor V-Level (8mm thick) Design and pattern to approved by Engineer Incharge.

P/F of stone jaali 40mm throughout in cement motar 1:3 (1 cement : 3: coarse sand) incl. pointing in white cement motar, Jaali work without any chamfers etc & curing complete.

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror / egg shell polished , Marble stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. All complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. a. 18 mm thick Italian Marble stone slab, Perlato, Rosso Verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

P/F double scaffolding system (cup lock type) exterior side upto seven storey height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S tubes challies, M.S Clamps & M.S Stair case system in scaffolding for working platform etc and mainting it in serviceable condition, the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connection with the building etc, where ever required for inspection of work at required loacations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per the directions of Engineer Incharge.

Providing & fixing colour coated (tile profile) G.I sheet roofing 0.50mm thick incl. vertical curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer and over lapping of sheets complete in horizontal vertical trusses incl. cutting to size and shape wherever required.
