Supply and laying of LT UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts hane been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 4 pole change over switch 100 Amp alongwith connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: GI strip & GI pipe beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for laying GI Tubing light grade 80mm dia for cable potection in road/floor Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,installation,testing and comisioning of submercible type pumping set having discharge capacity minimum 500 LPM at 175 mtr head coupled with electric motor 3 phase, 415 volt ,50 Hz of suitable capacity to drive pump for install for 250 mm dia borewell with delevering water up to 175 mtr head etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply and outlet connections and taking out existing submersible pump set of any capacity and alongwith lowring pipe of 80/100 mm dia column pipes and submersible cable etc from the tubewell up to depth 150 m using proper T&P and keeping aside complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in for lowering into borewell 80 mm dia GI medium grade column pipe with flanged ends, including supply and fixing jointing materials such as rubber gasket 4mm thick, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated copper conductor flat submersible cable 1100 volts grade of 16 Sqmm 3 core size duly connected and lowered with submersible pump of set complete all as specified and as directed.(02 Run for Star Delta connection @ 130 M each)
