Consultancy services for carrying out GEOTECH Services and preparation of structural, architectural drawings and bill of quantities alongwith estimates good for tendering for Provn of Office Complex and JCO Accn at Rajouri under GE 862 EWS

Drilling of 150mm dia bore hole in soil upto 10 mtr or upto refusal (N>50) whichever is encountered earlier and conducting standard penetration test in soil as per IS: 2131-1981 including collection of disturbed/undisturbed soil samples at every 1.50 mtr intervals or at any change of strata in 100 mm bore thin walled tube incl waxing, sealing, packing and transporting to lab and conducting the laboratory test as follows: (a) Atterberg's limit (b) Natural moisture content (c) Wet and dry density (d) Soil particle size distribution using sieve/hydrometer analysis (e) Shrinkage limit (f) Consolidation test (g) Specific gravity test for sand rock (h) Crushing strength of rock samples (j) Permeability test (k) Chemical analysis of ground water sample (min 02 samples) (l) Free soil index (m) Chemical analysis of soil (n) N valve at an interval of 1.5 mtr for a depth of 10m (o) Tri axial shear tests (p) Proctor compaction test (q) Plastic Limit test (r) Penetraction test (s) Liquid limit test (t) Direct stear test (u) Field density test (v) Test for depth of ground water table, (w) unconfined compression test, (x) Test for angle of internal friction, cohesion, dry density, (y) CBR test as per IS code 2720, including preparation of report and maintaining photographic record as directed by Engineer-in –charge and submit the test report in triplicate. The report to be vetted by NIT/IIT/Govt Engg College by a NABL accredited test laboratry. Note :- (i) Depth of bore to be ensured by GE/AGE & pics of site & layout plan to be included in report. (ii) Location of bore hole should be as per the green site plan.

Preparation & submission of structural, architectural drawings, plan, elevations, section, roof plan and typical details, schedule of finishes in respect of "PROVN OF OFFICER MESS, OPS ROOM AND ANCY BLDGS WITH ALLIED SERVICES AT KG TOP UNDER GE 881 EWS." Consisting total plinth area of 1213.24 Sqm approx (as per attached line plan). The contactor has to submit 01 set of drawing on tracing paper for approval of Accepting officer and further 06 set of drawings along with scanned copy in CD duly vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College.

Preparation and submission of BoQ & yardstick for bldgs as per the approved architectural, structural drawings as per MES SSR part-II 2020 pattern alongwith rate analysis of each bldg as per guidelines as given in Appx 3.12 of manual on contract 2020. (Note :- Unit rate shall be deemed to include 03 visits during execution/ construction of Main project work. Each visit upto 3 days or part thereof shall be considered as one visit. Any increase/ decrease in number of visits the same shall be adjusted @ Rs 20,000.00 per visit.)
