Complete dismantling of VT pump by way of: Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump, dismounting of motor with stool. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as discharge and column pipes, shafts and couplings, bowl, suction bell, impeller, stuffing box, fasteners, etc.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading of pump parts using private load carrier auto, minivan or similar to workshop and then shifting back to site after complete repairs at workshop.

Cleaning of bowl assembly components of pumping unit thoroughly with K-oil & wire brush for inspection of damages.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of rubber bush to stabilizers as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of gun metal bush to bowl shaft as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of gun metal bush to diffuser as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of gun metal bush to gland box as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of gun metal impeller lock nut as per sample.

Finishing of line shaft and setting of threads on both sides.

Finishing of stabilizers on outside surface for their proper fitment in the column pipes

Repairs to the stabilizer by way of welding using superior class welding electrodes and then finishing of the stabilizer for its proper fitment in the column pipes

Providing and fitting of nuts and bolts to column pipe joints.

Providing and fitting of gasket to delivery discharge joint.

Finishing of impeller and impeller shaft

Fabrication, providing and fitting of stainless steel screw coupling for line shaft as per existing sample.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of MS impeller of 12 inch size as per existing sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of MS strainer to bell mouth fabricated out of 12mm square bars with a distance of 50mm between the bars and duly provided with a locking arrangement.

Providing of double eyed steel sling for hanging of chain pulley block

Providing of steel wire rope of 12mm diameter (5 meter) along with 20 no. D clamps, chisel and 01 kg hammer.

Complete assembling of all VT pump parts after cleaning, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.
