CERTAIN REPAIR WORKS TO TOILETS AND BATHROOMS AT NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc. laid and bedded in any mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/ chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc. to required shape and design including grinding and polishing to obtain required finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work of any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished fair and even complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls, finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
