Providing misc. services like - housekeeping works, shifting of materials, debris removal, demolishing jobs of concrete, brick walls etc., clearing logged water, cleaning of drains/ toilets, barricading works & other misc. general works involving unskilled workers engagement (Total Rs. 942124.58 is Estimated 1404 mandays of Unskilled workers for three month as per detail scope of the Work described in Scope and technical tender document. Detail manpower calculation along with nos of manpowers required are shown in the SOR 1st Page). B Providing misc. services like - MS cutting jobs, drilling jobs, anchoring jobs, grinding works, concrete chipping works, electrical wiring jobs, plumbing works for GI/ CPVC/ PVC/ CI piping diversion works, painting works, railing works at height & other misc. critical works involving skilled workers engagement. (Total Rs.493136.28 is Estimated 903.18 mandays of Skilled workers for three month as per detail scope of the Work described in Scope and technical tender document. Detail manpower calculation along with nos of manpowers required are shown in the SOR 1st Page.) Bidders to quote a common % between +5% and +15% in the BOQ for this items.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 to 20 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.
