Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift upto 1.50 M and lead Upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30.0m from the foundation trencches.( S.I. No.251) (Excluding Royalty)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Brick ballast 40 mm gauge) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of E/ I. (S.I No. 273)

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 4cm gauge stone ballast in proportions of 1:2:4 in raft and foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G G.I wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of work. Binding wire cost being included in the item, (S.I.No.287)

RCC 1:1.5:3 with cement c'sand stone grit of 20 mm gauge in lighter beam excluding supply of reinforcement with its bending but including its binding & fixing with supply of all meterial labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 285

Mild steel or Iron for plain work such as reinforced concrete brought to proper shape as necessary including its bending with supply of steel with overlaps & wastage also required for proper completion of the work as per E/I SI No. 504

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. Mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First class B/w in 1:4 Cement C'sand mortor in S/S including supply of all meterial labour t&P etc required for proper completion of work SI N0. (305+310)

12 mm thick plaster in 1:5 cement & c'sand mortor over brick work minimume thickness not less then 10 mm including all supply of meterial , Labour T&P etc S.I.No. 584(i)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I.

Fabrication of Mild steel or Iron for plain work such as reinforced concrete brought to proper shape as necessary including its bending with supply of steel with overlaps & wastage also required for proper completion of the work as per E/I SI No. 503

P/Laying 2mm thick plaster of paris putty for proper complition of the work as per Direction of E/I all complete

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)As Per DSR No. 13.47.1

Two coat painting with synthetic enamel paints on new plain surface with primer of approved quality of colour by E/L
