SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SPECIAL REPAIR FOR PERIODICAL SERVICE, REPAIR / MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF DOOR, WINDOW, MOSQUITO PROOFING, FALSE CEILING AND INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF RESDL ACCN BLDG NO P/182, 211, 267 (ONE BLOCK OF FOUR QTRS), SP/167 (ONE OF TWO QTRS) AT NO 2 MGAR, SILCHAR)

SCHEDULE A PART - I (BUILDING WORK) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows(Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hillock wood.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows &doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia& length ( hold fast lugs ordash fastener shall be paid for separately). Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hillock wood

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete 250x10 mm each. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete: 100 mm dia.as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, incl a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² sqm.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturer’s specifications: two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr / 10 sqm as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly-propylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (SPECIAL REPAIR OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF RESDL BLDG NO P/182, 211, 267 (ONE BLOCK OF FOUR QTRS) AND SP/167OF NO 2 MGAR, SILCHAR)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bulk head light fitting on existing brick wall for outer light.

M&L for point wiring in existing conduit (surface/concealed) with PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multistandard copper conductor cable (FRLS) of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire to be drawn through existing PVC conduit and fixed in existing sunk boxes and covered with new 3.0mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for sockets/regulators etc.

Supplying and drawing 2X4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulatedcopper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required (15 Amp Socket).

Supplying and drawing 2X6 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supply and fixing 32 mm Medium class PVC Casing capping with accessories in surface as required.

Supplying and fixing piano type switch 06 Amp on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing piano type switch 16 Amp on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder.

Supplying and fixing ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 Pin 15/16 Amp socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet. One three pin switch socket 5 amps outlet on same board.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing switch box including connections as required.

Supply and fix LED batten 20/22 watt, 4 feet long suitable for indoor applications with integrated electronic driver of operating voltage 110 to 270 Volts , Lumin output not less than 1800 lm including connecting up and taking down existing unserviceable surface/ ceiling mounted 28/36 watt FTL fitting complete all as specified and as diretcted.

M&L for refixing of tube lights on exisiting wall/roof after necessary rewiring complete all as specified and as diretcted.

Supplying and fixing , single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 12 way 240 V, Double dor on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthling etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing MCB SP 6 A to 32 A rating, 240 V, 10 kA ,in the existing MCB DB complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc.

Supplying and fixing MCB DP 63 Amps, 240 V, in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc.

S&F Switch fuse unit 63 amps. SPN, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Copper bus bar in sheet metal enclosure of capacity 100 Amps ,415 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-III (SPECIAL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOF SHADE, DOOR, WINDOW, TILLING WKS, PERIODICAL SERVICE OF OR CH/DH & S/JCOS ACCN AT NO 2 MGAR (E), SILCHAR

BUILDING WORK Dismantling and staking of existing Roof shade ACC sheet to side. As directed.

Providing and fixing percolated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purling, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia& length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hillock wood.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceilinged. Complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fibber board as per IS: 1486.

DISTEMPERING COOK HOUSE Removing dry or oil bounded distemper water proofing paint and like by scrapping with sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to the scratches etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture.M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel ofsize 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVCextruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the doorframe to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws,joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the framecomplete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin-charge9.117.1 Extruded section profile size 48x40 mm

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
