Construction/Upgradation of Sewerage system for Udupi City under National Green Tribunal Environmental Compensation Fund on DBOT Model

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/ water supply project/ Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/ / Combined Water Supply & Sewerage project with road/ Combined Water Supply & Sewerage project with Layout Works / Combined Water Supply & Sewerage project with Buildings value not less than Rs. 13.34 Crores

Executed in any one year of the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24) the following minimum quantities of works: (1) Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical / manual means 3942 cum (2) Cement concrete (Including RCC & PCC) 2655 cum (3) TMT Steel 246 MT

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 65.53 Lakhs in any one year.

The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in construction of SBR/ equivalent/ any other type STP/ WTP works with minimum 6.00 MLD capacity in any one year.

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished.

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 8.80 Crore (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks as per the prescribed format.

Achieved in each of the at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 53.34 Crores.
