Strengthening the BT road @ NH45 to Paganur Road in Paganur Panchayat.(0/0-2/4 (VPR) R - 350 ) Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201 in all etc complete

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for side berms KM - 0/0-1/0

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp. KM - 0/0-2/400

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 3Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete KM - 0/0-2/400

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20cum fo 26.50-13.20mm,0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRCmetal with 37Kgs of bitumen for pre mixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 ton capacity , conveying the mix by tipper trucks top a versite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8-10tonne Vibratory/ Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 to CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/ 9m paver finisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required ,including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification KM - 0/0-2/400

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete 25mm which shall consists of construction of a single course binder /wearing corse on a previosly prepared Bituminous base to the requirements of the specification using 60/70 grade bitumen as per MorRTH specificaton CI.508. KM - 0/0-2/400

Road Marking by providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. KM - 0/0-2/400

Supplying and fixing Kilometer Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete
