Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 40 mm thick finished even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path /steps laid with and incl use and waste of form work and finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for granite work (of any type) 18-20mm thick machine cut, over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4)screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20mm thick granite work (of any type) machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of size area exc. 0.09Sqm and not exc. 0.16Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the tile colour including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down of existing tile and bedding mortar complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra with water proofing compound in sunkun floor complete in all respect as specifified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply item only)

M&L for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra with water proofing compound over chajja, coping etc complete in all respect as specifified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply item only)

M & L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodized aluminium sliding windows shutters without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing (side and top section not less than @ 0.634Kg/m, bottom @ 0.606 Kg/m, locking section @ 0.734 Kg/m) including necessary jointing cleats, galzing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings like locking arrangments and suitable handles for sliding purpose, 4mm thick plain glass and stainless steel wire mesh of dia 0.32mm and average width of aperature 1.80mm, wheels etc. including cost of three track anodized aluminium frame/chowkhat complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium ventilator with half portion louvered (adjustable)with 4mm thick glass in louver and balanced portion fixed 4mm thick frosted glass glazing including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium grill for doors, windows, ventilators including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick second class HW glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc,sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F flush door shutters, 30 mm thick, solid core of block boards construction, MR grade, commercial type with stiles, rails and lipping of timber as given in Group 2A and Group 2B of Annex B of IS 2202 (Part 1): 1999, both sides face panels of plywood as per IS 710: 2010, internally lipped complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or undecorated surfaces of wall/ceiling using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall after complete scrapping down and using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of plastered wall using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) and finished another one coat with spunge roller over including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick (in two layer), wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping of white wash surfaces of walls (Plastered or un-plastered) including cormices pilasters etc and using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint before distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of 85/25 grade hot bitumen @ 0.7 Kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminious primer @ 5 Kg per Sqm complete in all respect as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel haivng a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame weloded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete in all respcet as specified and directed.
