Earthwork in excavation in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum,all varieties of shingles, pebbles, all types conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fishured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under appendix to these specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling , wedging etc., in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions, etc., including pumping and bailing out water and disposing of excavated soil for all leads and all lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying stone rip rap for Talus with basaltic/granitic stones 60% of which shall comprise stones not less than 0.0425 cum ( 1.50 cut. ) in size each and remaining 40% and comprising well graded rubble not below the size of 0.0142 cum ( 1/2 cut. ) including the cost of conveyance of all materials, spreading, hand packing, wedging etc. for all leads and lifts etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. in pipe line trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a) Foundation , footings , bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded granitic a basaltic stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in : a) All works upto plinth level

Providing and fixing PVC WATER SEAL in constructions joints as per design and drawing shall with stand the pressure to the tune of 5kg / Cm2 of approved quality and conforming to relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small peaces shall be avoided the normal width shall not be less than 305mm and thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00mm and shall with stand minimum hydro static, Pressure of 30m. of water, including the cost of all materials, labors, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including the incidentals involved as per specification, drawing and directives of Engineer in charge.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. M25 grade of reinforced cement conrete by using 410kg of cement per cu.m. of concrete. All works upto floor V level. Add for providing richer or leaner mixes respectively at all floor levels. i)Providing M-30 grade concrete by using 420kgs of cement per cu.m. of concrete instead of M-25 grade of B.M.C.

Providing 25mm dia Stainless Steel (grade 8.8) Anchore bolt with Nut and washers of 40cms size with a anchor length of 30 cms inside the Raft concrete including the cost of welding, hoisting, fixing in position true to line, level and plumb, as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for b) vertcal surfaces such as retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and string courses , fillets, etc.

Providing and fixing in position mild steel Kolhapur-type weir needles ( 2.00MX 0.50M) Clear span with nuts and bolts and water tight rubber seals – T – shaped in horizontal and rectangular in vertical position confirming to IS – 4828 – 1975, fabricated as per approved drawings and specifications, along with two 100X100X 8 mm M.S. equal angles with hold fast in pier grooves, including the cost of cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position true to line, level and plumb, applying priming coat of red lead paint and two coats of black anti corrosive bitumestic paint etc. complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 :4 ( 1cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded granitic a basaltic stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centering and shuttering and finishing in : b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Steel work welded (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only) in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint.

12 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Re-filling the pipeline /foundation trenches, plinth sides, foundation etc with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth consolidating each layer,ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge.

Transportation and carriage/disposal of materials (A) By tipper truck including loading, unloading and stacking. (ii) Excavated earth upto 2 kms.

M/S UNIQUE CONSTRUCTIONS
