Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and remove the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and remove the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed .

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L For plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate ) in surface channels and drains finished surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in drain cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:4 with joints to match complete including necessary form work all as specified

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S &F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified.
