M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on new/undecorated wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces of new plastered or unplastered surface,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition or cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, under tiles or similar works complete all as specified and directed.
