Outsourcing of services for running 11 KV Receiving cum Sub station in MH daily round the clock in 3 shifts ( 8 hours for each shift) by employing Electrician- 01 No and Helper - 1 No in each shift, in 166 MH. The trademen has to rectify the faults and attend complaints pertaining to Ext elect Supply. The installation consists of the following:- (a) VCB 600 Amps - 3 No (b) VCB 400 Amps - 3 No (c) RMU 600 Amps - 1 No (d) LT Panel with Accessories -1 No (d) Transformer 3 phase of various capacities 500 to 160 KVA -23 Nos (e) HT/ LT overhead line/ UG Cables - 08 KM

Outsourcing of services for running 11 KV Receiving station daily in Raipur Satwari round the clock in 3 shifts ( 8 hours for each shift) by employing Electrician- 01 No and Helper - 1 No in each shift, in 166 MH. The trademen has to rectify the faults and attend complaints pertaining to Ext elect Supply. The installation consists of the following:- (a) VCB 1250 Amps - 4 No (b) Battery bank - 01 No (c) LT Panel with Accessories -1 No (d) Transformer 3 phase of various capacities - 10 Nos (e) HT/ LT overhead line/ UG Cables - 08 KM

NOTE for item No 1& 2 : (i) The contractor shall employ 01 Electrician & 01 Helper in each shift of 8 hours. Electrician shall have ITI from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experienced or in case without ITI, having 7 years experienced in related field in operation of HT 33/11 KV system. (ii) The cost of maintenance of documents, attendence Register, installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet as clarified under relevant PS shall deemed to be included in rates quoted for the above items. (iii) Any break down/failure of electric supply shall be attended immediately. All tools and T&P required by electrician such as Bamboo/Aluminium ladder, Torch, Search light, Axe, Dah, HT gloves and other T&P required for working in HT/LT over head line/underground cable shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Area cleaning inside & outside the installations/ sub stns including cutting of grass, bushes etc and making the installation area in presentable condition. The cost of cleaning & sweeping is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. contd to 2.02......

(v) All complaints will be lodged in complaint register of external electric supply and shall be attended and record to be maintained properly. (vi) Electrician to be provided with the moblie communication to obtain feedback of the complaints. (vii) Electrician and helper to be provided with dress, helmet, safety belt etc and insurance of each person to be done before commencement of work. (viii) The recovery @ Rs 2200/- per shift shall be made from contractor in case of non availibility of operator/helper on plant/ any breakdown/ failure of electric supply. (ix)) Proper shutdown will be taken by the electrician while attending fault/rewiring fuse element on DO fuse assy at MRS, Sub Station and GOD on two/Four poles structure as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (x) All the shifts shall also be monitored properly by the contractor to avoid any delay in attending faults occurred at MRS. (xi) The contractor will be fully responsible for safety, security of the worker and upkeep of installations. (xii) The contractor is also generally responsible for cleanliness of equipments inside the sub station complex and cleaning/cutting of grass at the surrounding areas of 11KV sub station.
