Making/ cutting of 05 to 08nos. holes of different size(as required) at the floor of machine room by necessary cuttings electric cutter machine, welding machine etc.& making/cuttings of holes and pocket at every floor of lift front wall for installation of floor indicator switch and cutting of another two nos. pocket at ground floor front lift wall for installation of fire alarm and emergency switch & cuttings of marbles/tiles of every floor of entrance site of lift including arrangement of necessary scaffolding etc. & cutting and chipping of wall of lift & well if required & cleaning of pit of the lift well etc. complete for installation and commissioning of lift as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
Making of 02 nos. CC/RCC pedestal at machine room floor for fitting & fixing of approved quality of ISMC (150x75/200x75/225x 80/ 250x80) mm for installation/mounting of Lift Traction machine(main motor)& making 02-03 nos. pedestal for installation of controller, Governor and ARD at machine room and making of 02-03 nos. pedestal at Pit of the lift well for installation of buffer spring of lift including centering shuttering & necessary electrical wiring in the shaft and necessary electrical panel board in the machine room etc complete for installation and commissioning of lift as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
