Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government departments/authorities/PSUs or companies. The bidder should be furnished Rs.100 Non-judicial stamp paper certified by the notary to be submitted stating that the entity has not been black listed by any Government and non Governmental departments.

Tenderer should quote keeping in mind statutory obligations i.e. tender bids of service charge is fixed at 5 percent.

Technical Eligible Bidder will be selected based on HIGHEST SECURITY DEPOSIT submitted subjected to a minimum of 5 percent of Tender amount (i.e Rs 27,650) The bidder shall quote the security deposit in Rupees only.

The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason whatsoever, and without incurring any liability to the tenderers.
