Operation and maintenance of WSS with material at I/A Khushkhera, IID Centre Khushkhera and Tapukara

Part- A (Regular Operation and Maintenance of Tube wells) Regular Operation and Maintenance of 5 nos. Tubewells at I/A Khushkhera and IID Centre Khushkhera & 2 nos. of tubewell at I/A Tapukara (Nos. of TW may increase or decrease as per requirements of Corporation) installed with submersible pump sets of capacity upto 12.50 HP range with round the clock monitoring, including complete repair and maintenance of Submersibe pump set with cost of material and labour required for repairing /rewinding, lowering and unlowering etc. The scope of work also includes complete repair and maintenance of panel board, electric connections, service cable and submersible cables with cost of material and labour required for uninterrupted functioning of tube wells. The scope of work also includes complete repair and maintenance of pipes connected with pump and motor including supply line, regular upkeeping of log book etc and other works as mentioned in tender document as directed by Enginner-in-charge complete in all respect as described in scope of work and as per the terms and conditions enclosed. Part-B (Regular Operation and Maintenance of Pump House:- Regular Operation and Maintenance of Pump House . The works includes operation of distribution main valves for daily supply of water at Industrial Area Khushkhera, IID Centre Khushkhera and Tapukara at supply times specified by Corporation. Regular Operation of pump house installed with existing centrifugal/ monoblock pumps/motors, with round the clock monitoring, including complete repair and maintenance of pumpsets with cost of material and labour required for repairing/ rewinding, removal and replacement etc. The scope of work also includes complete repair and maintenance of panel board, Electric connections, service cables and connection cables with cost of material and labour required for uninterrupted functioning of Electric Panels and pumpsets with regular up-keeping of log books, repair of leakages and MS/CI/Upvc/ACPP pipeline system inside of WSS Campus complete, regular chemical dosing in CWR maintaining general cleanliness at pump house and WSS Campus and maintenance of pump house structure etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the terms and conditions enclosed. Part-C (Regular Operation and Maintenance of Pipe Line): Repair and Maintenance of distribution/ raising pipe line - Repair & Maintenance of distribution/ rising main pipe line system consisting of C.I. Lines/ Upvc/ ACPP/ HDPE pipe line system upto 300/315 mm dia for maintaining smooth water supply in complete area. The scope of work includes timely repairing of leakage in all existing distribution/ rising main pipeline of all size by digging out suitable size of pit in soft & loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Bituminous/ Cement Concrete/ WBM/WMM surface as per site of work & repairing the same as in original condition at his own cost. The scope of work also includes cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with specified jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling the pit by excavated soil by ramming it at sides of pipes & upto ground level. The work also includes dewatering whenever required for leakage repair at own arrangements. Contractor will use their own T & P and will arrange transportation of pipes and jointing material if required. The cost of all material, T&P, labor , transportation etc shall be bourne by the agency as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and the agency will be abided by the terms and conditions.
