Disconnecting and removing the radiator assy from DG set of capacity 125 KVA and transporting it to the workshop to carry out the repair/overhauling, descaling the radiator tubes and fins by circulating descaling solution, bracing the damaged/leaking radiators tubes,welding the top and bottom tank complete and making it leak proof. Reinstalling in position connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. (b) Repair shall be carried out by reputed manufacturer/authorised work shop.

S&F in replacement self starter 12 volts suitable for 50 to 100 KVA DG set complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.Make as per existing or as approved by GE.

Material and labour in repair control panel of DG set for operating the DG set including pressure gauge, lub oil gauge, KWH meter, start stop button, RPM meter including internal control wiring, fixing the panel on the top of the DG set on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling old Unsv earthing and providing new earthing complete with galvanised iron steel plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm burried directly in ground vertically in the pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and comman salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanised iron strip 25x3 mm by means of nuts bolts. The earth strip protected by 40 mm light grade GI pipe upto test point complete all as shown in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR part I incl 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for waterring incl PCC chamber on the top of the earth complete all as specified and directed. Checking and examining of existing decrin doser/chloronome plant (Full Vacuum Chlorinator type Make : Toshcon Jesco) installed at various water supply installation under GE (U) Ambala Cantt regularly as and when required & rectify the defects immediately as and when noticed in plants. Note : Replacement of spare parts of same make and type shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix in replacement inlet valve assembly consisting of 1 filter 4 O rings, 2 valve sheets, 2 balls, 1 joint washer & 1 screw all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make as per existing or as approved by GE.

Supply & fix in replacement maintenance kit for non return valve (back stop) consisting of 2 ‘O’ ring and 1 ball all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make as per existing or as approved by GE.

Supply & Fix in replacement standrad venturi system suitable for cylinder mounted chloronome plants with fixing arrangement PVC TEE for fixing in the pipe line complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per existing or as approved by GE.

M&L repairing the leakgae of GI/CI/DI pipe line of sizes 40 to 80mm including mtrl for tyton joint or lead joint any type incl dewatering and excavation/returning filling all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
