Redevelopment of tube-well : Redevelopment of tube-well by air compressor of adequate capacity till the clear portable water free from sand and other impurities .Stablization and testing of bore-well by way of pumping for maximum four days using verticl turbine pump / submersible pump set till the clear portable drinking water is achived.

Pump Room Building (Size 7.95 x 3.70 x 3.65 M): Design, drawing and construction of Pump Room Building covering design for permissible seismic effects (size 7.95 m x 3.70 m , height 3.65 mtr) with mass concrete in foundation, brick walls and RCC roofings along with insulated floor mating, painting & writings, electric fittings, steel girders, drainage, Plumbing, sanitation and water supply including attached toilet (2.40 x 1.80) with septic tank and soakage pit.

OHT 0.50 lakh Gallons Capacity: Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC OHT with architectural features of 0.50 lakhs gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging height supported on rectangular/ square columns only on "Turn Key Basis" at Rakh Jhang under WSS Rakh Jhang including providing and fixing of D.I pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet Scour and overflow delivering upto disposal point & providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, water level indicator, R.C.C. stairs from ground level to top landing along outside columns, RCC Ladder from Top Landing to Gallery, RCC Steps along the tank from Gallery to Top Dome, side steel railing upto dome of OHT with stairs within the reservoir upto the bed from the manhole of the tank, gallery to top of dome and inside the tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls valve pit with proper flooring cover, manhole covers with frame and M.S. railing for stairs and at root flooring, vertical D.I. pipelines and standard D.I. pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferably cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed so as to have a provision for the construction of a single storey building between the G.L. bracing and first bracing with RCC roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. The Position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50 M and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. Bearing capacity of soil shall be conducted by the contractor and approved from Chief Engineer Design, Inspection & Quality Control (DIQC) Department Jammu at his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid to him for the same ( Using M-30 design mix concrete)

Compound Wall :Design, drawing, providing and construction of Compound wall (covering seismic effects) around the pheriphery of the station (avg. covering area 600 sqm), Development of Pumping station inclusive drainage of overflowing water & catchment, outer Illumination by Halogen Lights (minium 4 to 6 Nos), erection of sign board & levelling of ground / land scaping and plantings with provision of Rain Water Conservation depending on site conditions at Spots.

Mechanical Works: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 02 No. submersibler pump set of parameters 6000 GPH x 150 mtr head ( 01 No. working + 01 No. standby) with automatic LT control panel 50 Amp.and provision of standby manual starter , 01 No. voltage stablizer 100 KVA (ISI Marked make) alongwith creation/erection 100 KVA (Level 2) new eletcric sub-staion from existing HT source to proposed site . The pipes used for suction/ delivery and column pipes should be of MS pipes of standard make of suitable dia , electric cables / items should be of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard and earthing of tube-well/ pumpijng station and transormer and anchoring of tube-well, erection/ creation of electric operated chain pully of 5.00 ton capacity at proposed tube-well site .Complete job with allied works

(C ) Retrofitting of WSS Gho Brahmana:

Bore-Well (Discharge 3500 GPH): Drilling of 200 mm dia bore-well by using ODEX/ Drilling Method having minimum safe discharge of 3500 GPH upto required depth (approx.100 mtr BGL and further technically feasible depth) for acquiring desired discharge including lowering of 200 mm dia MS casing pipes and providing / fixing of casing drive shoe including cost of 200 mm dia ERW M.S. casing pipes. Development of bore by air compressor of adequate capacity till the clear portable water free from sand and other impurities along with clearance of site by way of bush cutting, making approach road , shiting of machinery, tools and tackle all material prepration of site ,Stablization and testing of bore-well by way of pumping for maximum four days using verticl turbine pump / submersible pump set till the clear portable drinking water is achived including the yield test .Fabrication, Providing and fitting of steel supporting clamps.

(01 no. working + 01 no. standby) of parameters (4000 GPH x 100 mtrs head) with automatic control panel and provision of standby manual starter , creation / erection of 100 kva electric sub- station at tube-well site along with allied works
