Earth Work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes,cables etc.(not exceeding 1.50mtr in width) and for shafts, wells cespits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.50 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid block including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement:6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

RCC work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15o, landing balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, pillars, piers, abutment, posts and struts etc in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and

manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer
