Flower Decoration

Installation and dismantling of mounted photographs

Installation and dismantling charges of the mounted photographs, write-ups and captions including carrying , cleaning costs of the 4’X 3’ display boards from Tollygunge Store to the exhibition venue to & fro.

LED TV

Hiring charges of one 42 inches LED TV with DVD including fixing, dismantling and operational charges during the period of exhibition

Hiring charges of LED p-3 with processor and speaker including fixing, Truss, Masking, Sound System and cabling dismantling and operational charges including Truss, Masking, Sound System and cabling

DTP typing and printing including proof-reading of the typed matter in A-4 papers

Digital Printing

Digital colour printing in 18”X 12” paper (90 GSM)

Electrification & Earthing

Temporary electrification for exhibition works including supply and installation of required capacity panel board, cables, copper wires of different sites as required including earthing . The work is to be executed as per specification of PWD (Electrical ) G.S. and the work is to be executed as per requirement of the above noted work

Lighting The agency should provide LED PAR light (inside + outside ) with necessary controlling arrangement, Comptalux Lamp , metal lamp with gear box (400 watt )
