M&L for excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and 1.5m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, well, cesspits manholes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal Mix) type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete 20 (nominal Mix)type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, post and strut complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation , footings, bases of columns, and raft beams and similar works, vertical or to batter etc for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for form work to sides of pillars, posts,struts,columns and stanchions for fair finished furfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 09 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 7.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 250m but n.exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in doors, or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (inclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete. confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Design and drawing of gate shall be got approved from AO.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hard core (150mm thickness) of stone boulders in hardstanding complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolling with power roller Exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne Soling of broken boulders or quarried stone, not exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) alternate bay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/Sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Add/deduct to sl item No 19.00 above if extra /less cement used for cubic metre. Note:- This item is for adjustment of rate only.

Providing precast cement concrete kerbstone of shape & size as directed of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:6

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' (slab thickness 150mm)

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' (slab thickness 50mm)

Forming Construction joint 150mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' (slab thickness 150mm)
