Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (three decimal one five milimeter) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings and the like floor etcetra including cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix with minimum compressive strength 25N/mm2 ( twenty five newton per millimetre square )with cement contents not less than 360 Kg (Three hundred sixty kilogram) per Cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete as per PWD specification, drawing and design excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforcement cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto any floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying tor steel of TataTISCO, SAIL reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respects as per approved drawing, design, and specification in all floor levels including the cost of binding wire and dewatering if arrisen during placement of reinforcement as per PWD specification and approved, drawing design including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building F.P.S. (non modular) bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in super structure upto all floor levels as per PWD specification, drawing and design and curing complete including scaffolding and cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Second class half brick work using common burnt clay building F.P.S. (non modular) bricks with hoop iron in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in super structure as per PWD specification, drawing and design and curing complete including scaffolding. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick Cheema Pink granite in flooring & skirting in combination with black granite border laid over 20mm (Twenty millimetre) (average) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rubbing, polishing moulding and nousing complete as per approved specification, drawing and design including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 600x600 mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimetre) vitrified floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero decimal zero eight percent) and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry at the rate 3.3 kg/ sqm (Three decimal three kilogram per square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetra, complete as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
