Charges for removing the mud, sand and other particles deposited due to the natural calamity (flood) from motors, pump, starter ,motor basement etc using suitable tools and water

Charges for disconnecting the electric supply of motor pump set, starters and dismantling the motor pump set, starters from foundations and panel board etc with out any further damages or losses using suitable tools etc and servicing l reconnecting, the same and making good working condition etc as required.

Charges for 60 HP motor leading to nearest road side, loading into the vehicle and convey to the workshop including leading, loading and unloading. at work shop, separating the motor, in to stator & rotor,reassembling and convey to pump house and refitting , test run and making good working condion etc as required.

Charges fo Checking the dismantled 60 HP motor stator and rotor andcleaning the the stator andCharges for rotor thoroughly using fresh water removing the sand and mud particles from core, coil etc and removing the water and moisture content using and heating the same for 6 days to get required IR value.cleaning the windings, cleaning with petrol, attending minor repairs, retaping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with Lithium base grease, heating and baking the windings, reassembling scraping cleaning and pasinting etc as required

Dismantling the 60 HP oil immersed motor starter, drain out existing transformer oil, cleaning the contacts, attending minor repairs, and refilling the required quantity of best quality transformer oil and replacing the 600v, 50Hz no volt coil and reassembling the same including giving connection, test running etc as required

Charges for suction pipe removing mud and pther particles and resetting etc as required

Dismantling the existing delivery pipe supply anf fitting valves, NRV etc for operting two pumps alternatly after cutting and welding etc using required matierilas and fittings and making good working condion and test run etc as required

Charges for disconnecting the electric supply, dismantling the Incomer, Bus bar, outgoing swtches meters etc from the existing main panel board cleaning thoroughly, heating to get the required IR value,scraping,cleaning and painting the whole board with two coats of sinthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and refitting the dismantled switches and accessories in position including checking and taping the wires, checking and tightening all connections etc and giving connection

Supply and renewal of Carbon brushes for 60-75 HP motor in place of damaged one

Supply and renewal of Roller bearing for pump side in place of damaged one

Supply and renewal of Ball bearing for pump side in place of damaged one

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Kirloskar 10HP Three Phase 1450RPM, 50*50 size Vacuum Pump with 10C4 Coupled Motor, DV-50 suitable for 60 HP motor pump set and test run etc as reuired

Supply and wiring with PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cables for interconnecting the control devices/ equipments including the wiring firm by suitable tie/ tie mounts/ PVC duct etc as required. 1.5Sqmm single run

Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
