Consultancy Services for Conducting a Topographical Survey and Preparing a Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR) for the Creation of Tanks in Dry Land Areas to Provide Drinking Water Facilities in Nanjangud Constituency

Past Experience of Similar Nature in terms of number of assignments The Consultant/ Company/ Ministry of Micro, Small and medium Enterprises. Shall have successfully completed at least one similar assignment i.e., the firm should have executed conducting topographical survey and preparation of a Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR) for the creation of tanks in dry land areas to provide drinking water facility for atleast One projects in last 5 years for value not less Rs.4.06 Lakhs. Note- Work done of previous years indicated above shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of 2026-27

The Consultant / Company / Ministry of Micro, Small and medium Enterprises. (herein after referred to as the consultant) should be registered with the Registrar of Companies and should have a minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Consultant/Company conducting similar assignments and should have a valid ISO certification.

Description of Methodology The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted.

Key Personnel The Consultant / Company/ Ministry of Micro, Small and medium Enterprises. should have deploy the key personnel / man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished. Team Leader -BE Civil with 5 years Experience -01 No., Senior Design Engineer/ Senior Hydrology engineer- ME / M Tech Civil with 05 years Experience -01 No., Senior GIS Data analysist- ME / M Tech Civil with 05 years Experience -01 No., Draftsman- ITI / Diploma / BE with 02 years Experience -02 No., Quantity Surveyor- BE Civil with 02 years Experience -01 No., Supporting Staff (Skilled Labor) -Minimum of 02 years Experience -03 Nos

Survey Equipments- The Consultant/Company/ Ministry of Micro, Small and medium Enterprises. should have their own Survey equipments such as Total Station and DGPS RKT Rover etc. The certification/proof of ownership of the above equipments should be enclosed.

Technical / Software Requirements The Consultant/Company/ Ministry of Micro Small and medium Enterprises. should have the following licensed software for carrying out the assignment. licensed software such as Auto CAD Civil 3D E survey and plotter Software etc. The certification/proof of ownership of the above equipments / software should be enclosed. The successful bidder is supposed to establish a Temporary office accessible easily to the workplace and to the client office.

Average Annual Turnover of the firm/agency shall not be less than the Estimated Annual payment under this contract i.e., Rs.8.11 Lakhs in any two FY out of last five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). Proof of Turnover / Certificate from Chartered Accountant bearing valid UDIN to be produced. Note Financial turnover of previous years indicated above shall be given a weightage of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of 2026-27.
