Execution of works

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 m lead of G.S. sheet.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Renewing lime concrete in (1:2:4) of lime surkhi and brick aggregate mixing with organic material including beating up to 7 days to the floor and roof after removal of dead decomposed and deteriorated lime concrete. Materials: (For 14.22 Cum)

Provision for pointing & edging of the walls etc. with lime- sand-surkhi mortar (1:1:1) mixing with organic materials after racking the joints of wall surface including cleaning, washing etc. complete Materials: (For 118.01 sqm.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level: Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and Plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand)

Cement Plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 20 mm cement plaster.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specification: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specification:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing of Chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 50x50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² sqm.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means/manual means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded inbuilt up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a riming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Provision for fixing radium signage on steel plate.

Providng and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge with granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm.

Provision for engraving charges on stone plate.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Pointg on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Supply and fixing of decorative iron benches of length .50 m of cast iron in both sides with arm and rectangular M.S. pipe in sitting and back portion fixing with PCC (1:2:4) platform of size 1.5x2.50X0.10 m for sittting facilities to the visitors including priming coat and paint etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for supply of locally made bamboo dustbin (Eco Friendly) and firmly fixing with the MS frame to keep it erect at site as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of L.E.D solar light (12-15 watt) including all accessories.

Provision for Repair of existing Entrance gate Size: 2.05x1.80 m) on the birck on edge pathway towards the excavated site as per the direction of engineer-in-charge

Provision for shed above the visitors benches with corrugate G.S sheet 0.35 mm thick with truss made of square bars and joined with 50 mm dia MS hollow pipes 8 ft from ground level.
