SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-7 (JCOS LIVING AREA) OF CERTAIN MIL UNIT AT BINNAGURI MIL STN UNDER GE (S) BINNAGURI

Taking down tarfelt incl cement mortar bedding from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified.

M & L screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below :- (a) 10 mm th cement plaster in CM 1:4 with integral WPC to be laid over the RCC roof slab when the concrete is green. (b) Applying a uniform coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm over cement plaster. (c) 3 mm thick plain texture and weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.4 Ltr / sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87 - 0.89 kg/Itr and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with overlap while touching shall be 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side. after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic floor tiles (light shade), 10 mm thick (square or rectangular), size/area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm (e.g., 600 mm × 600 mm / 600 mm × 700 mm), laid in floors, landings, and passages over and including a 15 mm thick bedding/screed of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), set and jointed with neat cement slurry (at 3.30 kg/sqm), and joints flush-pointed with white or matching colour cement mixed with matching pigment, including cutting, grinding edges, cleaning, and curing for a minimum of 7 days, complete all as specified (Note: Vitrified tiles shall conform to IS 15622 [Group BIa, water absorption less than 0.08%]. Makes: Kajaria / Somany / Johnson / Nitco or approved equivalent as in the list of Makes).

Material and labour for glazed vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade), polished/glossy finish, 10 mm thick (square or rectangular), size/area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm (e.g., 600 mm × 1200 mm / 800 mm × 800 mm), laid on vertical surfaces, walls, dados, and skirting over and including a 10 mm thick rendering/underbed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), set and jointed with neat cement slurry (at 3.30 kg/sqm), and joints flush-pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with matching pigment, including hacking surfaces/raking joints for key, cutting, beveling/mitring edges, washing, cleaning, and curing for a minimum of 7 days, complete all as specified (Note: Glazed vitrified tiles shall conform to IS 15622 [Group BIa, water absorption less than 0.08%]. Makes: Kajaria / Somany / Johnson / Nitco / AGL or approved equivalent as in the list of makes).

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting/dado etc complete all as specified.

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 350X 450 X 7 mm thick as on cup board vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. in Bath, WC and Kitchen set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified.
