M&L for attending to petty repair job to joinery items such as easing adjusting door / window / kitchen cupboard shutters, tightening screws,adjusting and refixing hinges, tower bolts, handles, aldrops, knobs, greasing of hinges, misc minor repairs exisitng mongery in-situ, fixing of hanging doors, adjustment of jammed doors, refixing of beadings, refixing of builders hardware, making good door closers etc. including necessary screws, nails, wooden plugs, wooden beadings etc. as required at site to make the joinery functional complete as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. [Note : (i) Each repair job shall be measured as one job. (ii) Job involving replacement of builders hardware shall not be measured under this item].

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing shown on Sl. Page No. 160 of SSR Part-II-2010 complete all as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing shown on Sl. Page No. 157 of SSR Part-II-2010 complete all as directed.
