Full Height (70 to 75mm thk.) modular ( Partly solid and partly glazed or fully solid partition with acoustic Pre-Laminated tiles & Polyurethane foam ) system aluminium partition:

1a) Providing , fixing & Supplying Full Height (70 to 75mm thk.) modular (Partly solid and partly glazed or fully solid, full glazed partition with acoustic Pre-Laminated MDF (Grade-I) tiles & Polyurethane foam (Only Polyurethane foam to be paid separately) system aluminium partition product should be manufacturing as per specifications given below: All aluminium or metallic parts section made from (aluminium alloy 63400-WP or IS: 733 & IS IS: 733 & 1285:2002) shall undergo a 8-10 stages anti rust treatment and shall be powder coated with Epoxy polyester in Glossy finish to a thickness of 60 to 70 microns. The frame structure is made by joining different Extrusions (Refer Assembly guide lines for Sections details) by means of brackets made of 3 mm Thk HR (IS-2062) and screws as per elevations defined by client. All the hardware items should be as per BIFMA / ANSI standards. All other items as per IS standards. All modular partitions shall be mounted on floor gaskets made of rubber / PVC to provide gripping with the floors. Each frame shall be provided with minimum two or more 12mm levelling bolts which allow 40 to 50mm adjustment for floor unevenness as well as false ceiling height difference (up to 15 mm). Provision for Horizontal adjustment is given between Side track inner and side track outer extrusion at wall side with adjustment up to 20 mm. The super structure above false ceiling level consist of True ceiling bracket , False ceiling bracket which holds aluminium extrusions used for fixing Top beam inner extrusion. The levellers shall be concealed inside the skirting.

1b) The main vertical member of the frame bearing the load of brackets and storages shall be made of minimum 2.5mm thick Aluminium Section (aluminium alloy 63400-WP (T6) or IS: 733 & IS: 733 & 1285:2002). The horizontal members shall be made of minimum 1.5mm thick Aluminium Section. The thickness of the frame shall be minimum 70 to 75mm inside. The thickness of trims and tiles shall not be considered while measuring the thickness of the frame. The frames shall be in the form of prefabricated modular structures. Frames can have 1-4 modules in prefabricated form. Additional height shall be achieved by mounting modules over them. The bottom module shall be mounted over a skirting of 85mm to 150mm height. The skirting shall be designed so that switches can be provided on the skirting level. All the modules shall be of the same height. The frames shall have prefabricated slots for vertical and horizontal passage of wires. The frames shall also have prefabricated slots for fixing brackets used to support worktops, overhead hampers, gable ends, etc.

1c) ACCOUSTIC PRELAM MDF (One side decorative lamination other side balancing lamination as per requirement) Prelam tiles (both side of partition) are made of 9mm thick MDF (Grade-I) board (IS: 14587-1998 ) , the cut edges of tiles are covered with 0.5 mm thick 2mm PVC lipping. Medium density fibre board conforming to IS: 14587-1998 for prelaminated made of wood fibre bonded with Urea formaldehyde for interior grade. Flexible Polyurethane foam of 50mm thick having density of 48 Kg per cum. to be inserted into the pre - fabricated slot covered the Flexible Polyurethane foam by marking cloths treated with Naptha @ 0.07 Ltr.per Sq.m. of cloths for acoustic purpose (Only Flexible Polyurethane foam to be paid separately). ACCOUSTIC FABRIC TILES (both side of partition): All Fabric tiles shall be made of 1.5 to 2mm thick galvanized steel (Grade of Zinc Coaling 350g/sqm) as per IS code 277) tiles warped with fabric by default, so that there should not be any development of fungus in future. Fabric is pasted on them by PVA glue. It should be possible to replace the fabric by peeling it off. GLASS TILES: The glass tiles (both side of partition) shall be made of 6mm thick (IS-2835) Clear toughened glass either. ACCOUSTIC PINUP TILES: The pinup tiles shall be made of polypropylene sheet encased in 0.80mm thk CRCA steel (IS-513 CR1) (powder coated with Epoxy polyester in Glossy finish to a thickness of 40 to 60 microns after 7-8 tanks anti rust treatment of surface)/ GI (Grade of Zinc Coaling 350g/sqm as per IS code 277) sheet of 0.8mm thickness. The casing thickness shall be 7mm. Fabric shall be pasted over the polypropylene sheet by PVA glue. The total thickness of the tile including the stiffeners shall be 10-12mm.

1d) MARKER TILES: The marker tiles shall be made of 4mm thick toughened glass painted from inside, which act as a glass marker tiles. ACCESSORY TILES: The accessory tile (both side of partition) ) shall be made of Aluminium extrusion of 1.2mm thickness. The tile shall have horizontal recesses of 6mm width and 3mm depth at a distance of 27mm from each other over the entire surface of the tile. The recesses shall be used to hang accessories such as Paper Tray, Binder Bin, Telephone Holder, Bottle holder, Utility trays, etc. as per requirement. The above modular partition should be as per specification and sample approved by client. Size of Tile of width-300 to 600mm, Tiles Ht-150 to 600,750mm. All the exposed partition paned edges shall be fixed with aluminium extrude box shape powder coated trims. Ends must be covered with Die cast aluminium. The rate shall include all design, any support (if required) above false ceiling for fixing the partition, Engineering, 3d view and shop drawing(cad & hard copy) including approval from client, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. complete in all respect. Extra Providing Flexible Polyurethane foam of 50mm thick having density of 48 Kg per cum. to be inserted into the pre - fabricated slot covered the glass wool by marking cloths treated with Naptha @ 0.07 Ltr.per Sq.m. of cloths for acoustic purpose. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Full Height modular Single Glass Partition (12mm Single clear toughened glass glazed partition) :

Half Height Modular Partition works

Providing fixing & Supplying make Half Height Partition of 1200m height of minimum 60mm to 70mm thickness modular grid system fitted and fixed in position as per drawing and direction including providing height adjustment . The frames shall be of 2 to 2.5mm thick section thickness Aluminium (aluminium alloy 63400-WP or IS: 733 & 1285:2002) with 8-10 anti-rust treatment and shall be powder coated with Epoxy polyester in Glossy finish to a thickness of 60 to 70 microns. Top and Vertical trim is of aluminium (aluminium alloy 63400-WP or IS 1285:2002) 60-70 microns smooth powder coating Epoxy polyester in Glossy finish. Separate raceways would be provided for Power and Data/Voice. All raceways shall not exceed 150mm height and shall be made of Aluminium. Data/Voice raceway shall be at the skirting and Power above the worktop. The raceway for the Electrical and Data/Voice shall have provision for carrying up to a maximum no. of Cables.

PRELAM MDF TILES(One side decorative lamination other side balancing lamination as per requirement) : Tiles are made of 9mm thick MDF (Grade-I) board ( Both side of the partition , IS: 14587-1998) , the cut edges of tiles are covered with 2.0 mm thick PVC lipping. Medium density fibre board conforming to IS: 14587-1998 for prelaminated made of wood fibre bonded with Urea formaldehyde for interior grade. Tiles Laminate of approved shades by the client PINUP TILES : The pinup tiles shall be made of polypropylene sheet encased in CRCA steel/ GI sheet of 0.8mm thickness above the Worktop. The casing thickness shall be 7mm. Fabric shall be pasted over the polypropylene sheet by PVA glue. The total thickness of the tile including the stiffeners shall be 10-12mm as per client requirement. Above worktop Pinup tiles & Marker Tiles combination as per client requirement. Modular Glass Door: Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass (IS-2835).door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes, Door handle (Stainless Steel 'D' or 'H' type of size 300 mm x 19 mm tubular Handle with Grade 304, CE certified, marked & conforming to EN - 1154, of approved quality) ,locking arrangement and stopper etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. The rate shall include all design, any support (if required) above false ceiling for fixing the partition, Engineering, 3d view and shop drawing (cad & hard copy) including approval from client, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. The above item should be as per specification and sample approved by client. Modular Flush Door: Providing and fixing door shutter / door jamb will be made out of 20 SWG M.S sheet. The shutter are to be finished with minimum 32 mm thick high quality Flush Door with 1mm Laminate pasted on both sides of the frame work fitted with connector and with a vision panel (150 mm x 1050 mm of 5 mm thick glass) All the panels are to be fitted by using CRCA " C" profiles and PVC extrusions are used as trimmings. The shutter will be fixed on Pivot hinges duly powder coated and will have door closures, 30mm dia SS H handles, 3ft long, and locking arrangement, door stopper and all other fittings required for smooth operation and locking all inclusive of approved quality as per drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
