Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point, socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from fitting and fixtures such as switch boards/cut out boxes/MCB DBs, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings, street light, flood LED lights etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment including provision for fixing of modular flush boxes of suitable size complete alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded(FRLS) copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as continous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One 3 pin 5 Amp socket out let controlled by one switch on independent board

(b) One light point controlled by two 2-way switch with cable 1.5 sqmm

Supply and fix in repair of LED lamp 5 watt cap complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Wipro TEJAS cat part No : N55001 or equivalent make mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fix in repair 35W LED building security light luminaire complete with pressure die cast aluminium housing and prismatic poly carbonate cover to ensure better uniformity of light distribution fixed on bldg wall surface including provision of GI pipe bracket complete with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. Make : Philips model No BRPO5O LED O36 CW R1 MF PC S1 PSU GR / HAVELLS / WIPRO or equivalent make mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) submain wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for socket point or power point complete with all fittings such as swiches, sockets, pendants etc complete and making good distrubed surface of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surface with distemper white washing / colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper / white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete as specified and as directed of the following sizes of cables:-

(a) Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 2.5 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire. Note: 2 runs of 2.5sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable in and including 20mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

(b) Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire. Note: 2 runs of 4sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4.0 sqmm copper cable in and including 20mm PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit

(c) Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 6.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire. Note: 2runs of 6sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

Supply, fix in repair digital weekly timer Switch of supply voltage 240V AC, 50/60 HZ. Make :- Legrand cat part no.412654 / Hensel / L&T or equivalent makes mentioned in Appx 'B' to PS.

Supply and fix Plastic louvers for Exhaust fan along with connected accessories for 200 mm and 300 mm dia sweep exhaust fan all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair poly propylene plastic louver shutter (flap type) of size 350 mm x 350 mm, circulating opening 310 mm dia, fixed on wall for exhaust fan with screw complete all as specified & directed.

S & F bulkhead fitting 10watt die cast aluminium housing with complete assembly and PC opal diffuser IP 65 rated dust and water resistant complete all as specified and directed. Make: Wipro cat part no.LW07-141-XXX-57-XX / Philips / Syska or equivalent makes mentioned in Appx 'B' to PS.
