Fabfication and fixing of cable tray supports and erection of cable trays inside the entire power house as per the direction of departmental officers at site

Erection and commissioning of 110 V DC panels with sufficent No of outlets, with DC1 & DC2 philosophy and bus coupler

Erection and commissioning of 2 sets of 110 V DC Plante type Battery bank along with redundant Battery charger of adequate capacity, cables, earthing, protection metering etc. complete.The scope also includes laying of cables, providing earthing etc.

Erection and commissioning of UPS System (1+1 standby), 5kVA(minimum) 240VAC, Single phase, 50Hz with a common plante / tubular battery set including cabling, earthing, battery etc.

Erection and commissioning of control panels, cables, testing of rope, earthing etc. complete including refurbishment of all items already supplied and erected with EOT (100/25T).

Erection and commissioning of stator space heater of 30MW&10MW units complete

Refurbishment of sound proof access door as per design and drawings and painting

Charges for removing and stacking of all balance items including scrap from site as per the direction of department officer in charge.

Erection, testing and commisioning of 10MW Turbine including fitting of Turbine bearing housing, foundation bolts, sole plates, nozzle assembly, runner removal assembly, bearing coolers, top cover, accessories like coolers, temperature detection devices, level indicator, welding and erection of distributor pipes including pressure testing, alignment etc. on the pedestals as per erection procedure complete with supplied items after refurbishment of required items as per standard procedure, complete including erection of runner and cooling water piping.

Erection testing and commissioning of cooling water system with already supplied items after refurbishment of required items including cabling, erectionof panels, pumps (3 Nos.), strainers and pipes inside the power house etc. complete.

Erection, testing, and commissioning of cooling water pipe line to cooling water tank at an elevationof 95m (approximate) on the penstock route. (The work includes connecting the output of the standby pump to the top of the cooling water tank and return pipe to the cooling water line of the machines including fixing drain valve)

Erection and functionality testing of MIV for 30MW unit with all accessories with already supplied items including refurbishment, matching of inlet/outlet pipes and welding with penstock.

Erection and functionality testing of MIV for 10MW unit with all accessories with already supplied items including refurbishment, matching of inlet/outlet pipes and welding with penstock.

Erection Testing and commissioning of 30 MW Generator with foundation bolts, jacks, upper&lower brackets, thrust and guide bearings, shaft couplings . Fixing required water and oil pipings and all other accessories complete as per standards including refurbishment of already supplied items

Erection testing and commissioning of oil handling system using supplied items complete including refurbishment and oil leakage system.

Erection testing and commissioning of compressed air system using supplied items including refurbishment of air tank and pipelines.

Erection testing and commissioning of LAVT &NGT cubicles

Painting of all equipment and pipes with appropriate paint 2 coat after scraping and applying zinc chromate primer.

Erection testing and commissioning of drainage and dewatering system as per design, drawings and standards including erection of drainage and dewatering pumps, cabling, panel erection etc.

Overload test including arranging loads for test

Erection testing and commissioning of Mechanical over speed devices including all accessories.

Erection of all embeded pipings other than that mentioned in above itemswith clamps, flanges, valves etc including painting with two coats of epoxy paint over one coat epoxy primer

Alignment of generator-turbine units including levelling, centring and balancing completely so as to bring all parameters like temperature, vibration etc. within the permissinble limit

Supervision charges for respective OEMs for Erection testing and commissioning of the items supplied by original contractor, including charges for Visa and insurance, Flight, Accommodation, food etc . for two engineers, if required.
