REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM, EOT CRANE AND STABILIZER AT AFS BARODA

Comprehensive Qutarly maintence/servicing checking caliberation testing of existing fire alram panel, connected wiring system, detectors and devices of any type as per existing on site, Programming and configuration check installed in Makarpura and Harni air field/darjipura AF Stn Vadodara. The detail scope of work consists of the following :- (i) Cleaning, inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire detection system in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor shall submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge on monthly basis. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through manufacturer representative or his authorised Rep.

(v) Emergency visit shall be carried out when called in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Material required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as 'Supply and fixing' and labour component for the same is not included in comprehensive maintanance contractor shall quote the rate accordingly. (vii) Testing of entire fire alarm system and rectification of fault complete to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-charge all as specified and directed . (viii) All Spares inclusive in the quoted rate excluding items here-in-after mentioned

Taking down unserviceable DCP type portable fire extinguiser 6 kg ISI marked from the existing locations along with existing arrangements, Supply and fixing new DCP 6 Kg fire extinguisher with clamp,nut and bolt etc for ABC class of fire in and including poper fixing in the installtions complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Addressable smoke Detector for Fire alarm complete all as specified and directed including taking down of existing.

M &L fire alarm control panel Addresstable type including configuration and programming complete. Make honywell /morely

S&F in replacement of Addressable Dual tone electronic sounder / hooter enclosed in MS box with LED indication hooter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of manual call point resettable type complete as directed. Make : Agni/Cooper/ Honeywell/ Ravel/Apollo

Comprehensive maintenance (Consisting of normal repairs) preventing maint as follows Once in three months for 9 month of electrically operated travelling (EOT) Flame Proof cranes of capacity 5 Ton make: Rock well & Crane including at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge Note: - (a). Replacement of the unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid sepreatly.

(i) Long Traverse (a). Cleaning of Gear box and oil level checking rectification of leakages if any. (b). Checking Assembly vibration. (c). Brake Adjustment. (d). Long Traverse wheel checking for any noise. (e). Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f). Checking of hydraulic oil in thristor brake (g). Checking of electric motor connections (h). To check the cut off at extreme end with limit switch. (i). Checking and greasing \ oiling of plumber block. (j). Long traverse. (ii) Cross Traverse (a). Attending Complaints and rectification of electronic, electrical and mechanical defects by authorized experience technician for flame proof EOT/HOT crane of capacity 5 Ton, Checking of uncerviciable electrical system and find out defect of control wiring in control panel (Hoist, Long Travel, Cross Travel) Control Switch Limit Switch Rectified the seme and make serviciable complete and testing thereafter complete all as specified and directed by engineer - in - charge. Note: - (a). The complaint shall be notified to the contactor by engineer - in - charge / JE E&M telephonically / personnaly / by SMS recorded in the register mentioned for the purpose. (b). Contactor shall make neccessary arrangement to attend the complaint. (c). Cost of any minor nature of repair / replacement of petty item such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electrical cable upto 0.5 meter length etc, is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (d). Any other major item / repair required for the rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of the schedule. (e). Complaint number, date, location, date of rectification shall be entered in MB for payment purpose.

M&L for annual load testing electrically operated travelling(EOT) crane upto 25 mtrs span 0.5 TON and up to 6 TON capacity including requirment of load and transportation of load material and necessary equipments for testing & including preperation of old steel surfaces and appying one coat of synthetic paint complete all as specified and as directed.

- Ditto - all as per item No here in before but of hand operated ( HOT ) up to 10 mtrs span of capacity up to 2.5 Ton

Repair and making true alignment of crane track and track joint by means of welding, heating , cutting, grouting and fixing of new pressure plate of bolts including necessary plastering, repairing and leveling of crane track including grouting in PCC(1:2:4) concrete and required new rolled mild steel angle (Fe-410-W, grade E-250, quality-B)of size 40 x 40 x5 mm at edge of trench including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive monthly maintence of 30 KVA/10KVA UPS system installed Makarpura. The detail scope of work consists of the following :- (i) Execute diagnostics and physical checks. (ii) Examine, clean, test, all equipment as required and repair parts as and when required. (iii) Measurement of UPS parameters like input/output voltage, frequency, current, frequency, room temperature etc. (iv) Battery Parameters like voltage, current and other relevant parameters. (v) Ensure dust free and controlled temperature conditions. (vi) The corrective maintenance may require multiple visits to site (vii) Check all Equipment LED LCD display board if any fault found to be rectified in the same cost. (viii) Checking of servicibility of MCB/MCCB if found unserviceagle to be replace without any extra cost. (ix) Checking of UPS fuse. if found us to be replace. (x) Keeping of servicibility of UPS is the responsibility of the contractor for the entire contract period. Note : Response time should be not more than 24 hours from the time of receipt of complaint on any working day between 9 AM to 6 PM.

M&L for carrying out following work through manufacturer's authorised service engineer of voltage stabilizer disconnecting of all electrical connections of stabilizer and check the auto/manual function of stabilizer, to be check the oil level, oil seals leakage if any, check all volt meters and amp meter working condition or not, Taking out top cover of stabilizer for replacing defective parts/items clean the dust by air blower, check the neutral and earthing connections properly or not, to be done properly, to be check the all nut bolts tightining. and refixing, the same in existing location, and re connect all the incoming/outgoing cables properly including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.of following capacities and located at various tech Accn

i) Opening of stabilizer at tech Accn workshop and taking out all defective / serviceable parts fixing of new parts after repair inplace of defective part, rewiring of defective conduit wiring etc and assembling complete all as specified & directed.

ii) Testing of stabilizer after repair on existing load to give desired & rated output

iii) M & L for preparation of old painted surface by hand scrap and applying one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting.

Note : - All defective parts including cable & oil replaced will be measured & paid separately under relevent item of schedule as supply only. However cost of labour for fixing of new part deemed to be included in unit rate of sl item No.1 above.
